Job summary

Marchant Recruitment are seeking a SENCO Assistant for an ASAP start at a welcoming school in Lambeth. You will work closely with the SENCO and pastoral and teaching teams to provide high-quality administrative and practical support across the SEND provision.

The role suits an organized and compassionate candidate with experience in SEN administration, EHCPs, Annual Reviews and pupil records, and who can communicate with Local Authorities and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school, SEN or education setting.
• Experience supporting SEN administration, EHCPs, Annual Reviews or pupil support would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication with staff, parents, carers and external professionals.
• Caring, patient and professional approach to supporting students.
• Legal ability to work within the UK.
