Job summary

Panoramic Associates in East London is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision in a mainstream primary setting on an interim basis, with a long-term view to permanent. You will manage EHCP applications, annual reviews and collaborate with Local Authorities.

The ideal candidate has strong SEND knowledge, is an experienced leader, and can work independently. NASENCo qualification is desirable, and QTS is required.

The Role

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• An experienced SENCO with strong knowledge of SEND and EHCP processes

• QTS required

• A strong communicator with the ability to engage and develop staff
• Confident using technology and SEND systems
• Primary, early years or SEMH experience would be advantageous
