Job Title: SENCO
Location: Syon Manor College, Aston House Campus Middlesex
Salary: £55,000 per annum (can be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon - Wed 8:30 - 4:30 & Thurs - Fri 8:30 - 4:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start: September 2025

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a SENCO to join our close-knit team at Syon Manor College School located in Middlesex.
You will work with the Headteacher and therapy team to determine the strategic development of the SEND policy and provision. Provide professional guidance to colleagues and liaise and work with staff, parents, and other agencies to ensure pupils with SEN receive appropriate support and high-quality teaching. Advise on the graduated approach to providing SEN support and differentiated teaching methods appropriate for individual pupils in liaison with the therapy team. Work with the Headteacher and school governors to ensure the school meets its responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 regarding reasonable adjustments and access arrangements.
This role covers all three campuses: two located in Hillingdon and a larger site based in Isleworth. The college serves a total of 75 learners.
Syon Manor College is a new post-16 provision for young people with autism and complex needs, offering a broad curriculum including BTECs, GCSEs, Functional Skills, and ASDAN accreditations, aimed at Employability or Independence and Duke of Edinburgh qualifications.
