The position is full-time, term-time only, with 1:1 and small-group support, personalised learning plans, and close collaboration with teachers, therapists and support staff to create safe, structured learning environments where every pupil can thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, including SLD and PMLD.
• Ability to deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with pupils, families and staff.
• Calm, patient, proactive approach.
• Willingness to work term-time only.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including SLD, PMLD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs and abilities
• Assisting with personalised learning programmes, care plans, and sensory-based activities
• Supporting communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Building positive, trusting relationships to promote confidence, independence, and wellbeing
