Job summary

• Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage pupils in a positive and calm way.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Assist class teachers to implement learning activities and adapt resources.
• Contribute to social and emotional development of pupils.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
