GLF Schools is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant at Floreat Wandsworth Primary School to support pupils with SEN, enhance learning and nurture social and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for working with primary aged children in a 1:1 and a group scenario, and a determination that they will become knowledgeable and virtuous.
• A desire to work with honesty, perseverance and curiosity, and in service of all the learners in our school.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage pupils in a positive and calm way so that they achieve the highest standards in their learning.

About Floreat Wandsworth:

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Floreat Wandsworth, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Cuddington Croft Primary School and Danetree Primary School.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Associate 2, Point 6 - 12 - £25,037 - £25,522 (Plus £999 Inner London Weighting)

Actual Salary: £23,331.89 - £23,766.52 (incl. of Inner London)

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (Term-Time 39 weeks)

Contract Type: Permanent
