Floreat Wandsworth Primary School is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who has a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs, helping to enhance their learning, and nurture their social and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for working with primary aged children in 1:1 and group settings.
• Ability to work with honesty, perseverance and curiosity for all learners.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage pupils in a positive and calm way to achieve high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Contribute to their learning and social/emotional development.
• Work with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments.
