Job summary

Floreat Wandsworth Primary School in Earlsfield, London, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning and social development in a 1:1 and group setting. Experience with primary pupils and a passion for inclusive education are essential.

The role is part-time, term-time, permanent, starting as soon as possible, with a salary of £21,229.54 to £21,465.34 (actual) plus Inner London Weighting. The school offers strong CPD, a supportive team, and opportunities within GLF Schools.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for working with primary aged children in a 1:1 and group setting.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development in 1:1 and small groups.
• Assist with social and emotional development of learners.
• Maintain positive and calm behaviour management to help pupils reach high standards.
