Job summary

Candidates should have Level 2/3 Teaching & Learning or equivalent and be willing to undertake further training.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 in Teaching and Learning or equivalent; willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during learning activities and supervise SEND pupils.
• Promote class interaction and ensure pupil engagement.
• Record pupil progress using school systems and provide feedback to teachers.
• Prepare, maintain and use learning resources, assisting pupils with them.
• Assist with pupil supervision of classroom and outdoor activities, trips and after-school tasks.
• Support use of ICT in the classroom and report technical faults.
