Job summary

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a supportive primary school in Harrow. You will help pupils access the curriculum 1:1 or in small groups and support differentiated activities to help each child thrive.

We value patience, adaptability and a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff within an inclusive setting. All candidates will require a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Patience, adaptability, and genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum.
• Assist teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions.
• Help create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of SEN programme.
