Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a primary school in Ealing. The role is full-time, long-term, paying £88-£90 per day, and offers the chance to make a real difference in learning and development.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist with differentiated activities, and contribute to an inclusive classroom. DBS checks are required and full support is provided by Engage Education.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
• Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
• Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme
