Horizon Teachers is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary school in East London from September. You will support children with additional needs in an inclusive environment and help them access learning in and out of the classroom.

The role emphasizes patience, empathy and proactive support, with collaboration across staff, parents and the wider school team. Training and DBS checks are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or education setting.
• Experience with EYFS, Key Stage 1 or 2.
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach.

• Support children with SEND within the mainstream classroom.
• Adapt resources and activities to meet individual needs.
