Job summary

Responsibilities

Support pupils with SEN to ensure their safety, inclusion, and engagement in learning activities.
Assist with individualised programmes, including Therapy and Personal Care Plans, and carry out clinical procedures following training and competency sign-off.
Build positive, constructive relationships with pupils, promoting independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
Provide feedback on pupil progress and achievement under teacher guidance.
Contribute to school life, including trips, activities, and supervision outside lesson times.
