Job summary

Reed Education in Plymouth is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. The role focuses on building confidence, independence and milestones that positively impact future outcomes, providing a reassuring and constant presence in the school day.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, work with pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH, and collaborate with teachers to adapt activities while promoting positive behaviours and emotional wellbeing.
