Plymouth £95-£100 per day Full-Time

REED Education are working with a specialist educational setting in Plymouth that is looking to appoint a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

This role is about far more than supporting learning. It's about helping children build confidence, develop independence, and achieve milestones that can have a lasting impact on their future. You'll become a trusted and consistent presence in a pupil's school day, providing support, encouragement, and reassurance whenever it's needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering 1:1 and small-group support.
  • Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs.
  • Working alongside teachers to adapt learning activities.
  • Encouraging positive behaviours and emotional wellbeing.
  • Helping students develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
