Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a SEN Provision Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in a Bloxwich school. The role focuses on enabling access to learning, building confidence, and promoting positive behaviour within a SEND provision.

You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs, provide tailored activities, track progress, and help the pupil develop social and emotional skills. Relevant Level 2/3 TA qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
• Understanding of supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs.
• Patience, empathy and excellent communication skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Level 2/3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 121 Teaching Assistants to join our Aspire Team and work in one of our schools in Bloxwich. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment in their SEND Provision.

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom.
