Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting SEN Provision Teaching Assistants to support pupils in our partner schools in Bloxwich. The role focuses on one-to-one support, helping a pupil access learning and build confidence within a SEND provision.

You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs, contribute to engaging activities, manage behaviour positively, and support social and emotional development. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (ideally in a school setting).
• Understanding of supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

SEN Provision Teaching Assistant - Bloxwich

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 121 Teaching Assistants to join our Aspire Team and work in one of our schools in Bloxwich. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment in their SEND Provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
• Help to manage behaviour in a positive and consistent way.
• Support the pupil's social and emotional development.

Requirements:
