Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting enthusiastic and caring individuals to support pupils in specialist educational provisions in Carmarthen. You will work with learners who require additional support to thrive, including autism, SEMH, anxiety, and challenging behaviour.

A dedicated local consultant will provide ongoing support. We offer competitive weekly PAYE pay at £14.25 per hour, access to CPD Academy training, and opportunities to secure long-term school roles.

Qualifications

• Able to support learners with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs.
• Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults is beneficial.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding checks and DBS where required.

Responsibilities

• Support learners within specialist behaviour and inclusion settings.
• Assist with personalised learning, wellbeing and emotional regulation.
• Help pupils engage in activities and achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and consultants to monitor progress.

You'll work with young people who require additional support to thrive in education, including those with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, behavioural needs and a range of Additional Learning Needs.

You'll support learners within specialist behaviour and inclusion settings that focus on personalised learning, wellbeing, emotional regulation, independence and positive outcomes for every pupil.
