Teaching Personnel is working alongside a specialist primary education provision in Merthyr Tydfil that supports pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to succeed in education. We are seeking a committed and resilient Learning & Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role would suit individuals who are passionate about helping vulnerable children overcome barriers to learning while building confidence, emotional resilience, and positive relationships.
You’ll work closely with primary-aged pupils who have been referred to a specialist setting due to behavioural, social, emotional, or attendance-related challenges.
No two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in helping children regulate their emotions, develop positive coping strategies, and engage positively in school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
