Job summary

Education Network in Lincoln near the city centre is seeking a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide specialist support for pupils with Autism, ADHD and EBD. A 2:2 degree in a creative subject, clear communication, and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) are required, with career goals in educational or clinical psychology.

Qualifications

• Degree – a 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Desire to pursue a career in educational or clinical psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for pupils with Autism, ADHD, and EBD through 1:1 work, small-group intervention, and structured classroom support.
