Job summary

Academics Ltd in Doncaster is seeking exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism, ADHD, and other needs. You will provide in-class, 1:1 and small-group assistance, delivering targeted interventions to boost academic skills, social confidence, and emotional regulation.

You should have Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent, SEN experience, DBS on Update Service, and two solid references.

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification or substantial equivalent experience in education/childcare/health settings.
• SEN experience in schools, residential care, or community programmes.
• Skilled in differentiation, visual supports, and assistive tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-class support for pupils with autism, ADHD, and other needs.
• Run 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost academic, social, and emotional skills.
• Use tailored guidance to build self-esteem and engagement.
