Job summary

Worldwide Teaching in Trafford is seeking a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a welcoming primary school in Trafford, with ASAP start and full-time, long-term commitment.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, assist with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation, and build positive relationships with pupils while collaborating with teachers and the SENCO.

Qualifications

• Previous SEND or school-based experience.
• A patient, calm and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 and small-group support.
• Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Building positive relationships with pupils.
