Job summary

Cover People is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Trafford. Immediate start available for a full-time, long-term position. The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs in a supportive environment.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, assist with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation, build positive relationships with pupils, and collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to ensure inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Previous SEND or school-based experience
• A patient, calm and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
