Job summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN team in Redhill. You will work 121 with autistic students and help implement a personalised curriculum on a term-time schedule.

The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for development, with parking and meals provided on site. Applicants should have GCSE Maths and English and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience with learners who have SEND is desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• GCSE Maths and English at minimum level.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the teacher according to planning.
• Work 1:1 with students and in groups as required.
• Deliver planned activities and support learner development.
• Support learners’ wellbeing within the school structure.
• Monitor and evaluate progress under teacher guidance.
• Assist with classroom management and learning environments.
• Support learners across all curriculum areas as needed.
