Job summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a SEN setting supporting Autistic pupils. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, following a personalised curriculum, within a calm, well-resourced environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30am-4:15pm during term time, with on-site parking and meals. If you have GCSEs in Maths/English and a proactive, adaptable approach, apply now.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEN.
• Ability to work 1:1 and in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the teacher per planning.
• Work 1:1 with students to support their learning.
• Deliver group and individual activities as directed by the teacher.
• Support learners in completing planned work and maintaining a supportive environment.
