Job summary

Milk Education are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sutton who are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

This role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum, and contributing to a calm, inclusive learning environment within a mainstream classroom.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• SEN experience is desirable.
• A patient, calm and nurturing approach.
• Confident supporting pupils with different learning needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about making a positive difference to children's education.

Responsibilities

SEN Teaching Assistant
