Job summary

Milk Education are recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Wandsworth from September. You will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The role involves supporting pupils with SEND in the classroom, providing 1:1 and small-group learning support, and reinforcing learning through targeted activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children in a school or educational setting.
• Experience with SEN is highly desirable.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient.
• Confident supporting children with different needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
