Job summary

Milk Education are recruiting an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Wandsworth from September.

The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, reinforcing learning and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children in a school or educational setting.
• Experience with SEN is highly desirable.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient.
• Confident supporting children with different needs.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Reliable and committed to supporting pupil progress.

Responsibilities
