Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs in Farnborough. The role involves 1:1 and small-group work, helping pupils engage with learning and follow personalised plans under the guidance of the class teacher.

The ideal candidate will have SEN experience, GCSE English and Maths, and a calm, patient approach. Willingness to assist with personal care and create a positive classroom environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (professional or voluntary)
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent
• Calm, patient and resilient approach
• Willingness to support personal/intimate care where required

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
