This is a full-time, contracted role, offering flexible opportunities for daily, short term and long term placements, which is ideal for someone who is keen to gain experience within a specialist educational setting.

The Role

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
  • Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and other additional needs
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
  • Helping pupils to engage with classroom activities and overcome barriers to learning
  • Working collaboratively with teachers
  • Providing a calm, patient and understanding presence throughout the school day
About You

We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, resilient and genuinely passionate about supporting children.

You will ideally have:

If you are enthusiastic, compassionate and ready to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.
