Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Richmond. Based in Richmond upon Thames, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide both individual and group support for pupils with additional needs.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Richmond

Location: Richmond upon Thames, Greater London
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Protocol Education is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming school in Richmond.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide individual and group support to pupils with additional needs.
  • Assist pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.
  • Support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
  • Encourage independence and confidence.
