Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work across Richmond area schools in both primary and secondary settings. Immediate starts with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities and ongoing consultant support.

You will support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, assisting teachers to deliver engaging lessons and helping learners overcome barriers to achieve educational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people preferred.
• Patient, caring and passionate about education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Adaptable, reliable and proactive.
• Hold a DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one.

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Richmond area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education or continue developing a rewarding career supporting students in the classroom.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
