We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, patient and adaptable, with the ability to understand that every pupil is different. SEN experience is a strong advantage, but we are also keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience from education, childcare, care, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching or similar support-based roles.

For the right person, this is more than just a classroom support role - it's an opportunity to develop valuable experience, build meaningful relationships with pupils and make a genuine difference to their education and wellbeing.

  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities
  • A range of specialist SEN school settings
  • Immediate and September start dates available
