Qualifications

• Experience as SEN TA is preferred.
• CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification required.

• Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs.

• Delivering personalised support for pupils with SEN.

The Role

You will primarily be based within the school's specialist SEN provision unit, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including:

• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs
• Complex Learning Difficulties
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)

Working alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their individual targets.

Ideal Experience

• SEN Teaching Assistant experience
