Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at pass grade (Grade C/4 or equivalent).

Skills: Confidence in supporting group activities across different educational subjects and an ability to use personal interests to engage learners.
Supporting complex SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis throughout the day.
Enabling students to access the curriculum while supporting their pastoral and emotional needs.
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom prep, and maintaining a smooth learning environment.
