Job summary

Affinity Partnerships is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a high school in Chessington. This temporary, full-time role offers a daily rate of 85–106 and involves supporting high school-aged learners with complex needs through one-on-one and small group work, including personal care.

You will work within school policies, staying calm and patient to support student development. The position requires prior SEN TA experience and a commitment to reliable, consistent collaboration with teaching

Affinity Partnerships is looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a high school in Chessington. Duties include supporting high school-aged learners with complex needs learning, development and engagement in classrooms. Providing one-on-one and small group support to learners. Assisting learners 'with personal care and providing them with physical and medical support.

You will need to have proven SEN Teaching assistant experience. Follow the school's structure, policies and procedures with the highest level of consistency. Be consistent, calm and patient when working with learners. Good communication skills and prepared to manage pupils with a range of complex needs.
