Affinity Partnerships is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a high school in Chessington. This temporary, full-time role offers a daily rate of 85–106 and involves supporting high school-aged learners with complex needs through one-on-one and small group work, including personal care.

You will work within school policies, staying calm and patient to support student development. The position requires prior SEN TA experience and a commitment to reliable, consistent collaboration with teaching

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to learners.
• Assist with personal care and provide physical and medical support as needed.
• Support learners with engagement and development in classroom activities.
