Job summary

Affinity Partnerships are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism, MLD, challenging behaviours and complex learning needs in a specialist provision. The role is full-time and long-term, based in partner schools with excellent facilities.

You will work closely with teachers to create engaging learning activities and build confidence for students aged 2-19. You will benefit from a dedicated consultant, safeguarding training, and CPD opportunities through

Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant with experience working with pupils who have Autism, MLD, challenging behaviours, or Complex Learning Needs? Affinity Partnerships are working with Multi-Academy Trusts to find experienced Teaching Assistants to work on a Full-time, long-term basis as soon as possible. The schools facilities are excellent, and you will have access to a large source of resources to engage students and ensure that learning is fun.

The schools offer a specialist provision for pupils aged between 2-19 with a range of complex and significant learning needs in the area of cognition and learning. This role includes learning with Autistic spectrum condition and those with complex physical and sensory impairments.
