Affinity Partnerships is looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Slough. Duties include supporting primary-aged learners with complex needs learning, development and engagement in classrooms. Providing one-on-one and small group support to learners. Assisting learners 'with personal care and providing them with physical and medical support.

You will need to have proven SEN Teaching assistant experience. Follow the school's structure, policies and procedures with the highest level of consistency. Be consistent, calm and patient when working with learners. Good communication skills and prepared to manage pupils with a range of complex needs.
