Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a welcoming specialist setting near Andover.

You will work alongside experienced teachers, deliver targeted support, help pupils overcome barriers to learning, and encourage independence and confidence in a calm, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children is desirable.
• Positive, caring attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for SEND education.
• DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
