Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant in Andover to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a specialist setting. You will work alongside experienced teachers to help learners overcome barriers and celebrate progress.

Responsibilities include delivering targeted support, aiding with interventions, and promoting independence while maintaining a calm, inclusive classroom. DBS required or pursued via Update Service.

• Experience supporting children is desirable.
• Positive, caring attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for SEND education.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
