Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Needed - Esher

Esher | Specialist Primary SEN Setting

Monday-Friday | 8:45am-3:15pm | Full-Time

We're looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist primary setting in Esher, supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism and complex additional needs.

The Role

Full-time, Monday-Friday, long-term opportunity

  • Support primary-aged pupils with SLD, Autism and complex needs
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support
  • Support pupils with communication, learning and sensory needs
  • Assist with personal care where required
  • Encourage independence, engagement and positive behaviour
  • Adapt support to meet individual pupil needs
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
We're Looking For

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
