Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Esher is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist primary SEN unit in Esher, supporting pupils with SLD and Autism. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, adapt approaches, and work closely with teachers to promote independence and positive behaviour.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, long-term, with full training on autism, sensory regulation and related needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in SEN settings
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism and complex learning difficulties
• Ability to support personal care when required

Responsibilities
