Fox Morris Group Ltd. is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis in a UK school environment.

The role involves supporting students from Year 7 through to Sixth Form to access learning and achieve their potential, within a supportive setting. Essential duties include classroom-based SEND support, targeted 1:1 assistance, and close collaboration with teachers and the SEND team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND is mandatory.

SEN Teaching Assistant

Full-Time Ongoing Position Start Date: 21st September

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting students from Year 7 through to Sixth Form, helping them access learning and achieve their full potential within a supportive school environment.

The Role
  • Providing classroom-based support to students with SEND.
  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including:
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
    • Dyslexia
    • Social, Emotional and Behavioural Needs (SEMH)
  • Delivering both general classroom support and targeted 1:1 support where required.
  • Building positive relationships with students to encourage engagement, confidence, and academic progress.
  • Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team to provide effective support.

Essential Requirement

An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is mandatory for this role.

Working Hours :Monday to Friday
8:15am - 3:10pm
