Aspire People is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 3-19 in an on-site school setting. This full-time, term-time-only role focuses on care, nurture and helping pupils access learning in a safe, inclusive environment.
No prior SEN experience is required; a caring, patient and collaborative approach is valued to build relationships and support pupils’ development and confidence.

We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team, working with children and young people aged 3-19.
Previous SEN experience is not essential. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds who have the right attitude, a caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
This is a role where care, nurture, patience and building meaningful relationships are just as important as academic learning. You will support pupils in your day-to-day lives, helping them to feel safe, valued, confident and able to achieve their potential.
