We're working with a school in Cambridge that is looking for a reliable and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This is a long-term position, so the school is looking for someone who can offer consistency and become a familiar, trusted part of the school day.

We're particularly interested in people who are patient and observant. Someone who takes the time to understand what works for an individual pupil rather than expecting every child to respond in the same way.
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant would be ideal, but we're also happy to hear from candidates with other relevant experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
You may have worked in a school, SEN setting, care environment, youth provision or another support-based role.
You'll need to be dependable, approachable and comfortable working as part of a wider education team.
You’ll be supported by Jack at Simply Education throughout the registration process and during your placement. Jack works with schools and education staff across Cambridge and wider Cambridgeshire, so he’ll take the time to understand your experience and the type of work you’re looking for.
If you’re looking for your next SEN Teaching Assistant job in Cambridge and want the stability of a long-term position, we’d like to hear from you
