Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a very small specialist school in the Altrincham area. The role starts 7th September and runs on a temp-to-perm basis, with full-time hours and a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 support for pupils with severe and complex needs including autism and ADHD.

The ideal candidate has experience with complex SEN, preferably non-verbal pupils, and holds valid Team Teach training. Previous work in specialist settings is preferred.

• Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support.
• Experience working with children who have complex SEN needs (autism, ADHD, non-verbal preferred).
• Valid Team Teach training (essential).
