Teaching Personnel in Redhill is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary SEN school. The role is full-time and starts in September, with 8:15am–4:45pm hours.

A welcoming specialist secondary SEN school in the Redhill area is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis this September.
The school supports students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and associated learning difficulties, and is seeking someone who is passionate about helping young people thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups throughout the school day.
Assist with learning, communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Encourage independence, confidence and engagement in lessons.
Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support.
Build positive relationships and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Support students to achieve their individual EHCP and learning goals.
Requirements
Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
Experience working with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or similar additional needs.
A patient, resilient and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
