TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a specialist SEMH school in Harlow (CM18). You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support students aged 7 to 16 with SEMH and additional needs, helping them access learning and progress.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, strong classroom management, and a patient, resilient approach. You will collaborate with Teaching Assistants, contribute to EHCPs, and foster safeguarding and inclusive practice in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience with students with SEN/SEMH or additional needs is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching approaches.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for ages 7–16 with SEMH and additional needs.
• Adapt lessons and resources to meet individual learning needs and abilities.
• Create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP outcomes and targets.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and colleagues to support learners.
