TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a specialist SEMH school in Harlow (CM18). You will deliver highly personalised lessons to students aged 7–16 with SEMH and additional needs, supporting academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

The role emphasizes differentiated teaching, building confidence, independence and resilience, while working with Teaching Assistants and external professionals to meet EHCP outcomes and targets.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH or additional needs is desirable.
• Strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching approaches.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
• Patient, calm, resilient and compassionate approach.
